Merchandise in saleable, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached may be returned or exchanged when accompanied by a return authorization number. Customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a return authorization number and will have 14 days to ensure the package is returned and received by us. After 14 days, all sales are final. No price adjustments. All sales final on discounted items.
Receiving an authorization number:
To receive a return authorization number (“RA#”), email firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA# or your RA# will be invalid. Patrik Ervell Inc. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery (tracking number). Upon our inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at their own cost. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Patrik Ervell Inc. back to you. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are now accepting exchanges and returns on international orders. We do not pay the cost of return shipping in any situation. It is the customer's responsibility to return merchandise to us in good and unworn condition in order to proceed with exchange, store credit or a refund on the card used to make the purchase.
Will I be charged shipping to return the product?:
Yes. Customers must pay for shipping and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Patrik Ervell Inc. is not responsible for the package.
Can I return/exchange my items in person?:
No, all online orders must be returned using a shipping service. Messenger services are also excluded.
